Our beginner courses cover all aspects of triathlon with a manageable yet challenging workload.
The idea is to give an insight in how to properly train for a triathlon no matter what distance is chosen. Each athlete is given a plan to follow dependant on their fitness levels.
Sessions are accompanied by a coach who will get to know the athletes needs as an individual and tailor the training to suit.
14 will be a maximum on the course and groups will form naturally within the group so that everyone gets to train at their own pace, this we feel is important so that you are comfortable in your environment not having to
play catch up or missing out on an intended session . On the flip side, if you are one of the fittest or more experience members then you will have a chance to train at the pace you need to make proper fitness gains.
Above all, everyone always has a great time training amongst like minded people with an approachable coach for all those questions you never ared to ask. You will leave Tri topia, a fitter and more knowledgeable triathlete and it’s then down
to to putting in the hard work in and enjoying your new found sport and lifestyle.
Our Improvers courses are aimed at triathletes who have already taken part in triathlons or sporting competition
(half marathon, 10km, sprint tri) who have a basic understanding on the principles of training and are looking for ways to improve their overall performance.Tri-topia has everything on site to give you exactly what you need. You will get unlimited 1 on 1 time with a coach to pose your questions.
A 25m outdoor heated pool on your doorstep where we can take unlimited underwater swim analysis, these sessions are invaluable to improving your swim.
Miles and miles of pot hole free cycling, no traffic lights, courteous drivers and warm weather.Run routes are sign posted and easy to follow so exploring the beautiful country side is easy.
